Basketball continues to grow across New Zealand.

D1 Series is being built to create another meaningful national platform for players, coaches, communities and fans.

Basketball talent exists in every corner of New Zealand.
D1 Series brings together eight teams, each with its own story.
A new national competition, new rivalries, and a new stage.

EIGHT TEAMS.
EIGHT IDENTITIES.

D1 Series will launch with eight franchises representing communities across New Zealand. We're inviting expressions of interest from prospective owners, investors, businesses and basketball organisations interested in operating one of D1's inaugural eight franchises.
